Generally adequate stay
convenient location tube station helpful staff noisy air conditioning uncomfortable chair desk height
the location is convenient for accessing major attractions. the tube station nearby makes travel simple. the staff seemed attentive and helpful .
My room had some issues. The air conditioning unit made persistent noise. it was impossible to switch it off using the controls. i also found the chair at the desk too low, made working uncomfortable.

dusty surfaces excessive minibar prices
The location was acceptable. It was near the sites i wanted to see.
My executive larger guest room 1 king was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed dust on several surfaces. the bathroom lacked sufficient lighting. Applying makeup was difficult. also, i found the minibar prices excessive. A small bottle of water cost £6.

The location was great , a short walk allowed easy access to Westminster and other central sights. Our room was spacious , comfortable , and impeccably clean. It included thoughtful details . Breakfast was excellent , a great selection of fresh options was available.
I got room 218 , it had flooring , made a very loud noise when walking around the bed. Rooms were smaller than I expected. The hotel refused to refund a food voucher due to a family bereavement.
